MAN 2 MAN
Our Mission for the Men's Ministry reflects that of Matthew 5:16, which says, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in Heaven."

Our Purpose in this ministry is to reach the men of New Life and draw them closer to the heart of God. We offer a variety of activities to bring the men together on a regular basis to support, encourage, and build up each man to be all God would want them to be.

Our Vision for the future of Man 2 Man is that men from New Life would be meeting throughout the city on different days/times to support one another and honor our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ -- echoing the sentiments of Acts 2:46-47, "They worshipped together at the temple each day, met in homes for the Lord's Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity - all the while praising God and enjoying the good will of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their group those who were being saved."

The Senior Adult Ministry provides fellowship for those who are 55 and older.

PERSEVERE SYA
Now more than ever, it is difficult for young adults to stay connected in the church. Whether it is school schedules, work schedules, or just living in the "real world," the ability to keep their faith is being tested. Persevere is a weekly group that meets every Wednesday with a Coffee Bar/Hangout that starts at 6 PM followed by a Small Group that begins at 7 PM. Along with bi-monthly events, we are striving to build faith-based relationships to make it through together.
"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest
if we do not give up!" (Galatians 6:9)

Sunday School takes place every Sunday Morning at 9:45 AM!
Sunday School provides a smaller, classroom type setting perfect for discussion and discipleship. Sunday school's goal is to provide a place for growth in our relationships with God and one another.
WHY SHOULD I ATTEND A SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS?
There are many who believe that Sunday School is only for those who are too young to know what they believe or too old to remember it. The reality is that Sunday school has many great benefits. At New Life, we believe attending Sunday School brings us together in ways that simply coming to a Sunday service could not.
Here are the top 5 reasons we think everyone should attend Sunday school:
1. It provides opportunity for deeper, more intimate relationships.
2. It provides a solid foundation in God’s word.
3. It provides a place to find answers to tough questions.

Veterans for Christ meets on the second Monday of every month at 7 PM at New Life.
Veterans for Christ is a Christian support group for Veterans. This group reaches out to Veterans in our church and our community, seeking to cover them in prayer and offer a Biblical perspective on the issues they face. Join us at our next event as we pray, socialize, and, most of all, feel a sense of belonging.

WIDOWS OF WORTH (W.O.W.)
The Widow’s Ministry of New Life is growing! Our mission is to build each other up by gathering together, laughing together, and, most of all, praying for one other.

No one knows what a person goes through unless you walk in their shoes. Even living through grief is different for everyone. Through that understanding, our precious ladies are reaching out to others in the community. God is on the move through these special ladies and they know the Lord is not done with them yet!

New Life Women of Virtue is a fast-growing ministry here at New Life Lakeland!
Our mission is to touch the lives of women by the transforming power of Jesus Christ, to disciple them to follow His example, and to train women to minister to others. We desire to encourage and equip women to live overcoming lives of spiritual wholeness through consistent prayer and study of God's Word.
